Safety Measures We Take To Keep Your Event Safe

Before we focus on bringing the fun to your event, we first make sure every safety box is checked off. Your well-being is our number one priority with each event we attend. We understand the importance of health and safety during these times which is why we take precautionary steps to ensure that your guests and our staff remain safe. To prevent the spread of Covid-19 and other diseases, we take the necessary measures to make your party is safe and sanitary!

Onsite Guidelines:

  • Fully Vaccinated – Our booth attendants are fully vaccinated and can provide copies of their vaccination cards upon request.
  • Onsite Hand Sanitizing – We will provide & remind guests to sanitize their hands before each photo booth session.
  • Social Distancing – Our booth will be set up at least 6-8 feet away from guests seats. (This has always been the booth placement, no change here).
  • Traffic Control – Our team will use visual signals to ensure a safe traffic flow that maintains distancing.
  • Masked Attendant (Optional) – Our dedicated on-site staff will wear masks if requested for the safety of everyone.
  • Propless Booth (Optional) – You have the option to have a propless event to reduce the risk of a Covid-19 spread. Your guests will love our digital props!
  • Contactless Sharing – We have the option to allow guests to share their photos by scanning a unique on-screen QR code.

Behind The Scenes Guidelines:

  • Booth Disinfecting – Our booths are disinfected before and after each event.
  • Props Disinfecting – Our props are disinfected before and after each event.
  • Backdrop Disinfecting – Our backdrops are professionally cleaned & sanitized.
  • Staff Screening – Our staff will undergo our Covid-19 screening questionnaire before attending any event.
